Office Policies

What you need to know before your first session:

1. You will receive a confirmation email to let you know your appointment is booked. A separate “welcome” email will be sent with information about my office and it will also contain a link for a New Client Intake form that needs to be filled out prior to your session. Filling this out before your appointment allows me time to look it over so we can discuss when you arrive.

2. I recommend arriving 5 minutes early to start the session at the time you have scheduled. If you arrive after your reserved time, I can only give whatever time remains of your appointment, and you will be responsible to pay for the full length of session booked.

 3. Tipping: I prefer to be transparent and upfront with the investment in your health prior to booking, therefore tipping is completely unnecessary. Re-booking a session for your continued wellness or recommending me on Google or to friends and family is the best tip of all!

5. My office is located upstairs, first door on the right. There is no elevator in the building.

6. A reminder text and email will be sent out one week and 48 hours prior to your appointment. 

7. A credit on file is required to hold appointments.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING:

I have reserved your appointment time JUST for YOU and as a sole practitioner, 100% of my income comes from my amazing clients. Therefore, I need to ensure I am maximizing my time at the office.

I require my clients to cancel/reschedule their appointment a minimum of 24hrs in advance.
Call/Text 763-249-5695 or email angela@naturalbalancemassagemn.com. You can also reschedule your appointment through the link in your emailed appointment confirmation as long as it’s before the 24hr minimum.

  • Cancel/change your appointment 24hrs in advance: no charge.

  • Cancel/change after 24hrs: 50% of the full price session rate.

  • Cancel/change your appointment same day: Responsible for the full session rate.

  • No show, no notice: if you simply do not show up for any reason, with no notice, you will be responsible for the full session before re-booking.

 I do understand emergencies, bad weather and illnesses occur. I ask that you please inform me ASAP so I can attempt to fill the appointment time. Trying to fill day same day cancels can be difficult because I am usually in a session and not able to check messages immediately.

Package Terms:
Package sales discontinued as of 3/28/22.
Discount value of packages expire one year from purchase date. Paid value does not expire. For example, if a 60 minute package was purchased for $382 ($76.40/session) and two sessions remain after a year, the value would be $152.80 towards single sessions and products.
Packages can be shared between spouses and children with authorization from package holder.
